Happiness
Happiness do we cherish
Joy and delight we relish
A simple way to gladness
And do away with sadness
Is to make others cheerful
Bring a smile to the tearful
Never forget the good time
Those past moments sublime
Joy will return after sorrow
Every past has a tomorrow
From others always expect less
Happiness will replace stress
But in this life’s humdrum
This riddle, this conundrum
Do remember that real elation
Pleasure, joy and jubilation
Is found in silently serving others
Personified truly by our mothers
